One of our favorite spots to eat pizza, especially for lunch is Boardwalk Pizza, which stands in a little boardwalk plaza on a lake in the countryside area. The place has been there forever, and I have fond memories of taking the girls there during the summer time, back when Doug used to work across the street from the joint, at Guruz Media. Sometimes we’d go after a movie morning at the theater, and sometimes after shopping at the mall. I remember planning many summer vacations there with Doug as well. Sometimes if we get lucky we spot a gator in the lake, and on this particular day we did.
This place is nostalgic for us, and the owners have watched the girls grow up.
