Saturday May 13th we celebrated Sara graduating high school, with a certification as a Registered Pharmacy Tech. The day seems surreal, as it feels like 4 days ago we sent her off to kindergarten. It was definitely a bittersweet day.
In attendance to celebrate Sara’s special accomplishments were Mia, Papa, Sophia, Jake and Lea.
The graduation parade in to the stadium was inspiring, nostalgic and made us proud to be sitting where we were. Then she received her diploma.
We met her outside to congratulate her right after the ceremony. Feelings of overwhelm and pride hit us and Sara as soon as she found us. There were tears.
Doug made an amazing chicken lettuce wrap dinner, Sara’s favorite, for our post graduation party.
Congrats Sara on all your accomplishments and graduating with a Pharmacy Tech Certification. We are so proud of you. We have no doubt you will continue to excel in whatever you do in life. This is just the beginning….
